What's in stock in your cave?
I keep my mini fridge stocked with each of the 3 shelves holding Miller Lite for one friend, Bud Light for the other, and Michelob Amber Bock for me. The door shelves hold misc. libations. For the record, both of those friends have similar stocks at their houses for me. When we party, we're in the cave almost exclusively and I have to add at least one cooler.
So what's in your cave?

Blake,
I have Miller Lite, Killians, Guinness, Bud Lite, Budweiser, and some other types of beers in my frig almost all the time when one runs low I just pick up another the next day or so. Most of the time when friends stop by they will bring what they want to drink if they know I don't stock it. The best part is when they leave the leftovers for MY CAVE!

Currently the Keg-O-Rater has an empty keg!
Still deciding on what brand to replace it with.

Just got my new Keg Saturday.
Budweiser American Ale. I'll let you know how it is. Tried it a year ago at a beer fest. Not bad beer, but hard to get in the keg.

My primary Cave possessions are:
A. An Air Chair (that swings on a 20 foot chain)
B. A mummified dead cat (that was a 50th birthday present)

Re: What's in stock in your cave?
I have a little bit of everything, you just never know.
For my personal stock:
• Michelob Amber Bock
• Bud Light – My thirsty beer used mainly during yard work, house projects or working on the Blazer
• Crown Royal XR – Tumbler full of ice, filled half way to fill the voids, it’s all about the melt.
• Crown Royal – when day warrants filling the tumbler to the top, XR is a bit expensive.
Kegerator currently empty, need to replace lines after not cleaning them properly, should be a Man Law about that.
6 bottle Shot Steward stocked with:
1. Vodka
2. Gin
3. Brandy
4. Rum
5. Tequila
6. Whiskey
Shelf stock:
• Several brands and or labels of wine
• Shot Steward stock replenishment
• Mixers i.e. Bloody Mary, Vermouth, Margarita mix, Mohito etc.
• Several flavors of Schnapps
Mini Fridge stocked with beer mentioned above to include:
• Bud Light Lime
I thought I'd try it, friends aren't dumb enough to drink it, can't even get the dog to drink it but you can't throw away beer.
• Wine Coolers
• A couple flavors of Mike’s Hard Lemonade
• Bailey’s
• Yegermeister

What's in stock!
I'm new here today and here's my list (in case you're in east central Florida).
Guess I’ll sound like a lightweight here:
Coors light
Sam Adams (seasonal)
Guinness
Corona Light
Mojitos
Yingling
V8 juice
Diet Coke
Sambocca
Espresso
Lots of quarters for the slot machines
No TV
No Keg
No hard stuff (liability concerns)
They drink what I have (cause it’s free) or go without. :-)

Re: What's in stock in your cave?
Umm,
I brew my own beer, so the fridge is normally between half way and full of beer bottles.
It's almost time to start doubling my brew output with summer coming over here, it seems to disappear that much faster when the weather heats up.
I'm also a fan of Southern Comfort oddly enough, so there's usually a bottle or two of that lying around the place.
The only "soft drink" I'll touch is Sprite lemonade, I find anything else too sweet.
