THANKS GUYS!!! IT took about 6 months and 65 sheets of drywall and all DIY. ABOUT 700SF.Really great place to hangout and lounge fire place really cranks out the heat. Sleep Sleep Sleep Heres a link to the shop i work at we do all HIGH END architectural millwork just finished CITY CENTER LAS VEGAS,WINN CASINO and many others maybe get some ideas for your MAN CAVES... http://www.glennrieder.com/projectgallery/

most of the mat. was free from work as we were taking down some walls about 30 sheets of 1/2" osb. 10,65 2x4's , bundels of shingels,some concrete and siding maybe $1000.00 no drywall.
