New to the site, Cave in Progress!

Hello, I'm new to the site. Here are a few pictures of my cave in progess:






It will be a Sports & Firefighting themed room with a big screen, surround sound and pleanty of brew on tap. I downloaded the plans from www.barplan.com and bought the kegerator equipment from www.micromatic.com

Thanks man. I got the picture arrangement squared away and added some shots of the room on closing day last January. I'll keep it updated as I go. I should be getting the ceiling, painting and flooring done within' a few weeks.

Dude, that bar looks awesome, good job... The only thing I would change is the pumpkinhead ale. Haha, to each his own though.

I added a few updated pics to the photobucket gallery... The ceiling is up, lighting complete and I anticipate the flooring to be done shortly.

I'm new to this as well and joined in order to get ideas for the room I'm working on. The faux brick paneling looks great. I’ve got two poured concrete walls in my basement to deal with and wanted to brick veneer, but the paneling looks like a less expensive option that I didn’t think of.

I had a look in my head of how I wanted it, and when I had the panels in the truck I thought "shit, I made a huge mistake" but once I got them up, it looked great. I think it helps that they're only on 1 wall, the whole room would be a bit much...

The Man Cave is finished, here are the newest pics and a couple from the opening night bash...

Nick. That is an incredible cave with a damn fine bar! There is obviously a lot of work in there. I wish you and yours the best of times hanging out there.

Is that a "BAR PLAN" bar? I have the plans for the same bar I think. Its the only part I havent done in my cave. I thought it would slow down progress. LOL

It is. It's the 8' straight kegger. I extended it to 11' to fit the room a little better. The plans were great, easy to follow and the cut sheets are designed so you can easily lengthen the bar without too much math.
