Shed competition - opportunity for free man cave?

There's a competition to design a free shed with Walton's where they will make your shed if you win. How abusable do you think this could be? Design a shed with a bar, jacquzzi, stairlift... or would they point to something in the small print that I never read?!

Who cares what you missed in the small print. If you win you get something that you did not have before. What have you got to lose? Take your best shot and good luck to you. Have some fun with it. See if you can embarass them out of a little bit extra.
